The Culturally Responsive BCBA: Reducing Racial Disparity in Achievement and Promoting Equitable Service Provision (2 CE)
This 2 Ethics CE training examines racial disparity in student performance in public education and special education programs, and disproportionate representation of students of color in special education programs. Participants will explore the impact of culturally responsive practices on student/client experiences and outcomes and barriers to equitable service provision. The course concludes with culturally responsive application strategies intended to reduce educational racial disparity and to promote equitable service provision.
