Course Description: The researchers in the current study examined physical and psychological states resulting from COVID-19 restrictions. The researchers administered a survey to five hundred and forty-two individuals in China. The study results indicate that individuals' intention, frequency, and intensity of exercise were significantly higher when family members were included while exercising during the pandemic. This study offers suggestions for skilled professionals in working with individuals during the pandemic.
